FREE TALK: Citizens as Therapists, Ireland as the Client!

Join the free talk and learn about a pioneering ‘Citizen Therapist’ Project taking place locally this autumn on Tuesday 2nd September, 8pm, at the Bush Hotel, Carrick-on-Shannon.

Can the People of Ireland Learn from Experience?’ In the past, Ireland’s identity used to be ‘God-fearing Nation’. Then, it became ‘Celtic Tiger’. The expert view of the people’s role seems to be: used to be downtrodden, then became greedy. Seriously? It is time to take a closer look.

Would that mean a tribunal on the people? No! Exploring the role of the people is about learning form experience, not assigning blame. It would need a much lighter touch, something more sensitive, more creative. And, it is not a job for ‘the experts’, it is a job for the people.

A bit like Citizen as Therapists? Yes, citizens as therapists, Ireland as the client! To hear about a pioneering project ‘Citizen Therapist Project’ come to a FREE TALK. For more information you can contact Margaret Dillane on 087 238 5062.
