Summer Camp - Block One Monday – Wednesday starting 8th July-24th July from 11am-3pm (3 weeks of a 3 day Summer Camp). Total Cost €60 per child (€50 for siblings)
Summer Camp - Block Two Monday – Wednesday starting 29th July-14th August from 11am-3pm (3 weeks of a 3 day Summer Camp). Total Cost €60 per child (€50 for siblings)

Breffni Mums & Babies Group Update
Breffni Mum and Babies are taking a break for the Summer months but will be back to start a new term in September which we are all looking forward to. Admin Services
We make badges for any event. You can create your own design or have a photo copied on to
badges of both medium and large sizes. Cost is €1 each for medium and €2 each for large. Reduced cost on orders of 12 or more badges.

Saol Nua Social Group
Saol Nua Social Group is a club for adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
Saol Nua is primarily a social club that also provides support and direction to information, mental
health services, advocacy, and community involvement. The club is open to members of the
National Learning Network as well as anyone who feels marginalised or isolated.

School Bus
There are still places available on the school bus for anyone wanting to avail of it. The bus picks
the children up from the 3 primary schools in Carrick on Shannon at 3pm and drops them off at

Evening and Daytime Alternative Therapies
Auricular Acupuncture, Reiki and Meditation in a relaxed group setting every Tuesday from 7.15pm to 8.15pm and
every Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm.
Cost: Voluntary Donation.
Particularly effective as a support for those recovering
from addictions. No need to book, just come along.
Supported by the North West Regional Drugs Task Force.

Clothing and Textile Recyling
We now have a textile and clothing recyling bank situated at Breffni Family Resource Centre. A list of items that are recyclable is written on the bank but as a general rule, the following items are suitable:
- All clothes - including coats, suits, underwear and night clothes
- Hats, scarves and gloves
- Belts, braces and handbags
- All shoes - including boots and slippers
- All household linen - including tablecloths, sheets and pillowcases, blankets, towels and curtains
- Any worn out linen or clothing as long as it is clean (no oily or paint covered rags)
All proceeds from the recycling bank will go to Breffni Family Resource Centre so not only are you recycling but you
will also be supporting your local community!

Weight Management
Weight Management classes are held on a Monday evening. If you are interested in learning a sensible and sustainable weight loss programme with achievable goals then please contact Gwen on 087-1432733. Classes are held at Breffni Family Resource Centre on a Monday evening from 6pm.
